Oh, I know about microdosing. In fact I have a box full of dryed shrooms in my bedroom. I've tried it a few times and it feels good but I have problems getting the right dose. It's difficult to say. It got worse over the years that's for sure, but I wasn't aware of myself when I was a teenager. I fucked up with my friendships, with my career, tfw nogf,... you name it, and kept avoiding facing my problems by smoking shit, until I got to a point where I was thinking about killing myself. I said fuck it and dropped everything, stopped smoking and slowly my mood got much better. I would say I was fucked in the head anyways, but drugs make it worse for me, for sure.

I can tell you that your cognitive reason and memory is, at least, partially recoverable, but if you don't stop you'll never know so who cares.
