If missles get fired take out his top brass through drone strikes, airstrikes etc. and bomb his power, water, food production, distribution and manufacturing facilities. If six weeks is up, I'd send in the Marines and Army to steamroll everything back to the Chinese border and declare a Unified Korea.

Finally, the China Problem, I'd give them a choice, Silver or the Lead. The Silver, offer them better trade deals with Western Nations. The lead, I'd use what I do to North Korea as an example of what we can do. Let China know that any interference will be met with a similar strategy only using Chemical, Nuclear and biological weapons.

The only thing that could put a stop to the NK situation is if every country in the world secretly organized a secret operation employing every tip-top elite, best-of-the-best special forces unit to sneak in and take control of every nuke silo and strategic military compound in the country. This would also involve every said country surrounding NK with defensive naval ships that could shoot down any outgoing missiles just in case something went wrong. Then, we just walk in and tell Kim to GTFO. Of course, this would require China's participation which probably wouldn't happen.

So really, I have no idea WHAT the fuck could be done about that shithole.
