Friend of mine 'just tried' because the system was wrong about cannabis, and hallucinogens, so "why not try opiates"... He eventually 'got off' heroin and went over to 'just' alcohol, which later was substituted for benzos. After that, he's found by his family in his bedroom with a failing heart, probably from an OD of benzos and sub.

My friend never injected, and his plan was to only use it once. That didn't work.
I've had opiates when I blew my hand up in an accident, pre and post surgery. It doesn't react the same way when it's carefully administered because of physical pain. Most of the narcotic effects are subdued because of the pain, and most of the high is hard to really distinguish. Taking it as a recreational drug, even in smaller doses, will get you a lot more fucked up than when used with a reason.

well im a bit different from most people... i have a type of social anxiety that is actually made worse by alcohol and benzos; weed has no effect. Only opiates and stimulants help; I'd have zero social life without them-- day to day use they just make me act normal, you'd never be able to tell i was even on drugs except when im partying to intentionally get fucked up; i just act like a normal person. and you'd notice me sober too, in the 'who's that creepy guy who's not talking?' kind of way.

Benzodiazepines. Things like Alprazolam or Diazepam can be very effective for anxiety like this. Great in the short term, but the withdrawal from a long term dependency can be fucking awful.

Also, if you sweat a lot anyway, you may have a condition called Hyperhydrosis which can be treated with a prescription roll-on anti perspirant or botox injections.

If it's a reaction to stressful situations then it's more likely to be anxiety. When you begin to notice it you start to over analyze and blow it out of proportion. I'm the same. I usually get it while I'm out shopping or sat next to people on public transport. Sometimes you have to keep reassuring yourself that it's all in your head.

Perhaps you should speak to your GP about it though? If it's worrying you they aren't just going to dismiss you. Just talking to them wont hurt.

I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety for over 6 years, taken many anti-depressants and been to several talking therapies but nothing has been as effective as this.

Honestly, even after the first dose (0.25g Powdered) it felt like I could finally begin to see clearly again. I can actually appreciate things like I used to and I notice the beauty in the simplest things. It's got me out of the house, just looking around and generally feeling better.
