Chicken, watch your local market, the cutlets and the thighs go on sale constantly. Grab the ones that aren't prepped for you... sure it still has the bone in and the skin on... but you WANT that stuff. Fucking boil those bones for a good stock to then cook your spaghetti in. The skin is the best tasting part of chicken. And you can get this shit like 1 dollar a pound when it's on sale.

I agree with most of what Anon wrote - but when I was a PoorFag, I didn't even have a hotplate - I had a Microwave that someone had thrown out because the power cord was damaged, so I grabbed it out of the trash and fixed it using tape.

If you are a real poorfag, you can still get the calories you need from cheap frozen food, and in the case of Chicken Pot Pies, they contain enough calories that you won't die.

This is off-topic a bit, but it drives me crazy when Liberal Fags cry about "children going hungry" in the US. There is zero fucking excuse for a kid to go hungry in a country where you can buy a McDouble for 99 cents - yeah, it's shit-tier food, but it's food.
