No Actually, the thought of dieting and exercise didn't really occur to me until about 2 months ago. Since I've been using this old exercise bike I got from my dad and eating <2200 calories a day. I've been looking into fixes for my other problems for quite some time now, nothing seems quite right. The lack of references is whats really hurting me and I'm not exactly good at making friends, or anything really. I've got like 1 close friend IRL.

Just applied for a surveillance officer position at a probation office, I'm optimistic about that because I easily fit all the requirements, I don't care about pay I just wanna do something I like

I wanted to be a cargo pilot but the hoops you have to jump through sucks cock. I did a year of "Aviation Technology" and I realized I wasted a year of college because the cost to do it yourself vs. doing it in college is MAJOR.
I decided to pursue something in the meantime and get a job that'll pay for flight lessons and then move up from there. I'd be satisfied with just a Private license.

Best job I ever had was Lift Truck Operator at an international manufacturing and warehousing company. Wages started at $14.50/hr and only required that you be at least 18. Only worked there for about 6 months before my back was injured. Definitely a 10/10. It was a super relaxed environment in which you just grabbed a bill off a pile and drove around in a 5500lb lift truck unloading and loading trailers, no topics of conversation were off limits outside of obvious things like rape. Everyone was chill as shit, probably because 90% of them were either former military or truckers.

>>724877712
If you aren't opposed to government work, the sec+ and associates is enough to get you a GS7-9 gov job working network security/cyber security.

Otherwise you could try looking at companies like Atos, Dell which run remote SOC functions for bigger businesses. Robert Half fills contract rolls for companies like Target, and pays well.

You can also try pestering recruiters on LinkedIn, which could help you sniff out leads. Having LinkedIn in general is huge to finding a job in IT security. You could also attend a security conference, it's our industries way of stealing talent and whoring around. You don't necessarily need to attend either, just go to the general area of a large scale event like Blackhat and hang out in the conference area - there are loads of technically inept HR personnel there who would happily route your résumé when they get back to work.

Reason why there are so many hoops is that cargo pilots fly the most valuable loads of any plane in the sky. Considering the route and time of your, you could could literally have nearly a billion dollars of cargo under your control. A crash of a cargo plane is a 1000x worst in cost than a passenger plane. They also keep cargo planes in much better condition than passenger.

Well I was about 70% right, then you should definitely try attending some college course literature and maybe find a like minded place to post some stories or at least keep them documented and saved somewhere safe. Then look into companies near you yo get you started and companies you'd like to work at to help you set short and long term goals to get you hired at that company

It really all depends on your job market. A lot of times most jobs don't even require you to have a A+. It's something that'll put you up there on top of people but not a make or break. My first job was at Dish network as a tech support and I made $18 an hour with no certifications. Really, go on indeed, LinkedIn, any job site and look in your area and type "IT" or "Tech" and check entry level and you'll get a ton of results (depending on your area) and a lot of them will say "Preferred" A+ cert, but it's not a requirement. As long as you have confidence that you know computers very well and terminology you can apply for most jobs in that entry field and get a call. You never know till you try applying.

Hourly Wage:
Fixed rate... Ad packages start at $500 USD plus commission... go up to a few thousand dollars.

Degree (?): None. Self-taught. I continuously upgrade my training. Enrolled into a 2 year $15000 business training program... several certifications... I have many performance coaches I work with

Years: 1

Satisfaction: High

I'm in influential roles of leadership and am always consolidating more power, more influence, offering value to others. I've helped people achieve promotions and pay raises.

I'm helping a company raise a quarter of a million bucks and part of that was enrolling others into vision, mission, what I stand for, and core values.

I actively command respect from people who are far more accomplished and way more than I do.

Everything comes down to revenue and what's in it for the other person. Revenue is everything.

Although I have been doing this for a year, I have a lot of street smarts and skills that were built up over the last ten years.

Life is a zero sum game of rock paper scissors.

People without money want more money and opportunity.

People with money want more of it.

People who have spent all their lives chasing good money want to command more respect, get over nasty stuff in their past, or heal divisions in their family, or get over a terrible loss of some kind.

And people born into good money want to command more respect and be taken seriously against a world that despises their privileges.

Good luck! Also a tip to remember is a lot of time your doing support for their products, they teach you how to learn a product inside and out and how to resolve any issues of their products. A lot of job you never work outside of the spectrum (Like random issue with random hardware brands) Say you work for Intel as a tech support you'll only ever work on Intel products so you just learn how to fix intel products only, no one is going to call you and ask how to fix their AMD GPU or ask you to fix their entire computer, A+ would basically confirm you know the components of a product and how that component universally works so you have that "Technology" background.

>Well how'd you get started, and what would one need to do to take the steps to get to where you are?
Here are some tips.

Never get stuck with any of the the four deadly M's.
Mortgage
Marriage
Middle Class

Risk your career at least once a year figuring how to make the company you work at broke by starting a better company.

Never sign a non-compete agreement. If they force it on you, sign "sui juris" below your signature. That makes it unenforceable.

Do not get married and father children out of wedlock building a trust fund for the kids.

Stay out of debt as much as possible.

Get as many stock options as possible. Most will end up shit but a handful will pay out easily covering the losses. Any investor does it this way.

Work with new money. Never work with old money that they are afraid to lose.

Never work with anyone from New Jersey.
