40 mgs is the usual Upper Tolerable Intake Level for Zinc. Most Zinc pills clock in at 50mgs, which if taken daily for some time can definitely cause a buildup in some people's system causing them Zinc poisoning.

Realize that many foods in your diet may already contain Zinc so surpassing the 40mgs mark may be easier than you think. Consider your height, weight and general sensitivity to chemical alterations.

I cut my Zinc pills in half or quarters depending on what I've eaten for the day. 12.5 - 25 mgs + your diet is usually plenty and approaches the upper tolerable intake level.

Don't fucking hurt yourselves just so you can get a bigger load. Not to mention once you are poisoned, you'll feel like shit which reduces your sex drive and hormone production. Counter productive shit.

Zinc definitely helps increase the load, but the best boost from my experience is being with a girl.
