anybody have any tips or advice for comptia a+ and network + certification?
yeah study the material online for free
if you have an IQ of around 110 and dedicate yourself you'll pass
i know someone who got both certs, got like 1 or 2 questions wrong on the tests, apparently it's not hard because he's not particularly smart
really from what i have heard from alot of people it tends to have alot of useless information just to fuck you up

the person i know who got them didn't go to university, he just got a bunch of certs, they're literally worth more than a degree in his experience, he's pretty high level for how young he is
one thing i know he had to do when on the phone interviewing for jobs was answer questions that were more or less on those tests

a+ is cake if you have a background in computers.
network+ isn't much harder. Just study the course material and you'll be fine. It starts getting difficult at CCNA.
