i personally feel like its ok to fap like once a day but when i fap more i feel like i break out more. probably something to do with hormones.
Most importantly remember to always wash your hands after fapping, this also means no fapping in bed before sleep (unless you get back up to wash em).

basically this. If you normally fap once a day, your body gets used to that and fapping more OR less will create a hormone imbalance and you'll break out more.

However, if you have the gumption to stick with it, you'll break out after a couple days of nofap, but then your body will adjust and you'll clear up better than before, but the downside is no fapping, lol.
