OP: YOU GET IT!
Most people just see a quirky film!
Think about it.
A man disregards all of American norms.
Quits his job.
Starts working out.
Regains his self respect by yelling at his wife.
Pursues younger women by first bettering himself and becoming more aloof.
It was a good film.
Every character was so profound in its unique setting.
yeah i agree was surprised
heres my choice
OP: Not OP.
Possible Jimmy Rustler.
Possible Canadian or Australian.
Good movies don't have to revel in the fact that they're good.
Thanks, Kevin Spacey.
>Murdering the neighbor
>Murdering your spouse.
>Fucking underage girls while married.
>Selling drugs and staring at floating trash-bags all day.
ALL MOVIES ARE OVERRATED YOU FUCKING KIKE LOVING FAGGOTS!
Apart from that, are there really people that don't know about non-hollywood movies?
You fucking faggot the good the bad and the ugly is the worst one
OP: I love sucking cocks and this is my favourite movie of all time
None of the heart and soul were in the good the bad and the ugly. It was narrow-minded and trite, full of comedy and stuidity. Each other man with no name film was an actual film.
OP: nah it's not the only criteria. Other things are important as well. Pic is my second favourite
Okay I'm curious, what was so bad about District 9? I think it could have been better, but I thought the underlying concept and story was pretty good.
I'd like to know why exactly this movie was bad. What was it lacking?
2001: A Space Odyssey
Not really, old japanese movies are visually nice.
Yes it is.
done dumping. Enjoy
OP: Another film I enjoy.
I enjoy this movie for its unique comedy and view on a drug epidemic that is actually more relevant than ever.
This movie was pretty bizarre at the start. I enjoyed Bradd pitts part.
Speaking of bizarre- scanner darkly was awesome. It showed a mind through drugs.
surprised no ones ever mentioned this one yet but i guess im an oldfag - do yourself a favor op and anon take the time to watch this shit here...
Absolutely my favorite movie next to maybe the original Star Wars trilogy
>I'M AFRAID I CAN'T DO THAT, DAVE
great movie, but;
>be me, actually named Dave...
>watch movie with gf (now ex)...
>EVERY SINGLE FUCKING THING NOW!!!
>"im afraid i cant do that dave..." (autistic giggles)
>there were other reasons but that bitch had to go...
I will fight you on this!
actually about the treatment of people in johannesburg, where the movie was set. When I first saw it I was blown away, so original, then I realized it was just based on real events, dressed up some historical characters as aliens. Seems to be the case with most science fiction I used to really like because it was so 'original.'
/B/ thinks its edgy teenager movie but fight club
God tier in my book
If you havn't seen this movie, you don't know shit about movies.
A lot of people will watch this and be disappointed with it. I kinda was cos I went into it thinking it would be a different movie to what it was.
I'm glad I watched it, though.
Changed my life.
Packed in my career job, sacked the wife, started my own venture, got a new girlfriend...
Once upon a time in the west
Somewhat of a chick flick, but it was still really good.
May be overrated, but it's still a personal favorite. Executed flawlessly from beginning to end, pre- to post-production. Even after multiple viewings I'm gripped in suspense.
>Good character development
Wow look at me if you don't enjoy this film that i pretend to understand to look like an interesting deep person in the internet, i'll call you a retard, im such a superior human beign
It's supposed to be Brick.
Don't know why it's an asian trap
Plot of the movie is some fagot who has no experience surviving on his own walks into the Alaska wilderness and dies. This means any movie made about anyone worthy enough for a Darwin award should be a good movie.
