In any case, it's a guy who has your number because of people who have your number. Likely someone who doesn't like you, or some boys you know. If he doesn't even breathe heavily when you pick up the phone, there is nothing else you can do about it.

Some people did that to me as well, but I distinctively always remembered who they were as I once have given them my number years ago. So, based on that, it's easy to know who they were.
