If all the illegal immigrants were deported immediately, farmers would be desperate and WOULD find a way to get American citizens to work for them, whether that means paying more or better working conditions or lobbying the government for some sort of help getting workers. Either that, or they would go out of business.

Frankly, it's obvious that if all illegals were deported at once, the unemployment rate WOULD go down. There would be a shitload of job openings that would be immediately available and have to be filled.
