What gauge strings you using, and how high is the space between string and fret board?

No shit you beginner, just keep practicing it'll go away after your fingers build up big callouses, the more you practice everything gets better, literally just repeat the same action over and over

Practice hammer-on's, slides, pull offs, barre power chords. Hammering down each finger will toughen them up. Also try "the spider" where you isolate 1st and 3rd fingers on first string, then 2nd and 4th on second string, then 1st and 3rd on third string and so on. Isolating each finger movement makes things fucktons easier. Pace yourself so your fingers get more used to it without burning out. Repeated short bursts to help learn muscle memory. Also wear some fucking pants.
