Eat approximately half as much as you do now and walk roughly twice as far per day.

Start eating
>fruits
>vegetables
>"clean meat", (no burgers with a lot of fat, no bacon, no sausage)
>>beef, chicken, pork (if the fat is cut off), fish
>eat rice, potatoes or whole grain pasta
>eat eggs
>eat oatmeal
Start doing easy exercises

>"half" suit ups
>squats
>back lifts
>jogging
>walking
You probably won't make it tho, 90% of the fatasses quit the first day or within a week

Eat clean. Lots of veg and fruits and nuts. No meat unless chicken or turkey, and I don't mean kfc fat ass. No fried food either. Do something everyday to make yourself sweat a lot. What ever it is make sure you are sweating like crazy. That sweat will help get rid of the fat along with the clean diet.
