/b/ I need help. Over the last couple months I've inadvertently put my body on a "shit clock" and now I poo around the same time every day with surprising regularity. At my old job this timing was perfect, but since I've taken a new job the timing on my shit clock alarm is far from ideal. How can I break the cycle, and either throw variations in my shit schedule, or set the shit clock to a different time?
The alarm is set to around 8:30 am, I usually shit within a half hour of that time. I'm actually posting this from the throne.

Actually thought about this, what would you recommend? I don't eat super unhealthy but I am on the road a lot so often it's inevitable
