Usually if there's 4 hours left for me to sleep, not counting getting ready and transit, then I'd sleep. If you literally have 3 hours left, then I say stay up and nap later. At least before your next class.

I find that 2 hours give or take 15 minutes is just the right amount of time to feel somewhat refreshed, without falling into deep sleep and being unable to get up
