Similar situation. I just woke up for work myself and have to be there by 5. No point in my sleeping until 4:30 and be drowsy and tired so I woke up to power through it.

My advice, drink some water now and just go to sleep. That's all you can do.

I cant sleep properly anymore i get 2-3 hours at random times. Been this way for weeks now, i feel too tired to know how to fix it and too awake to sleep properly. Im a zombie and i dont know what to do i think i feel like shit but i feel kind of numb to everything
