If a girl copies the way i talk, uses the same hand motions i do, looks down when she walks past me and acts differently around me "she's playful and flirty around other guys but she gets quiet and serious around me" does it mean she likes me? My supervisor who does this but idk if its a sign she likes me.

Well here are the possibilities.
1. She does in fact like you.
2. She did something horrible to you behind your back and is ashamed of it.
3. She thinks that you are fucking disgusting and doesn't want your attention.
It may be hard to determine, but try to read her body language. Perhaps follow her home, and watch her as she sleeps to see if she says anything about you whilst sleeping. Also, dig through her stuff and see if she has pictures of you. If all else fails, you can ask her.
