I've tied it before
I did have more time and it seemed like days went on forever
But scheduling is hell and the days get confusing easily

Polyphasic sleep doesn't really work. You feel like a zombie all the time. The idea behind it is based on poor understanding of the science of sleep.

The only one that is based on reasonable science is biphasic

More healthy than mono anyday. Our body's are designed for poly and you end up sleeping less. However uberman method is the least healthy

Tried uber during free time, would not recommend/10. After some time you will feel the pressure to fall asleep asap when the time comes and after 2 days it will be hard to focus on whatever is your cause. Not rewarding enough to even try it for a week to see if it works better then, unless you're a fucking chinese gold seller on a contract with the mafia.
