Long story short (I'm not OP but I understand how chemistry worked here).

Soap is composed of caustic sosa and oil. The oil in the epidermis mixed with the sosa in soap... deleting the oil and thus, removing the protective coat of his skin, making it more sensitive.

Another advice related to soap is, REMEMBER TO WASH DEEPLY your clothes with water once you got washed with soap to remove all traces of soap from it (or your perinee will ache like Hell afterwards).
