What are your fever dreams like? When people have got a high temperature when sick, they're dreams tend to be really weird and brooding.

Example, a lot of people report dreaming about having to complete a task, repetitive situations involving giant and tiny objects or shapes, running away from something a presence etc. Wondering if anyone has these hallucinations too

Mine are extremely simple and long.
Like one time recently it was just a world of boxes like cardboard boxes everywhere i could see and i had no body to interact with them
I just moved around looking at boxes being tormented by an intense sense of boredom.
Time slowed to a crawl too, usually i can tell about how much time has passed in the real world by how much passes in dreams but what i thought was an entire night was like, 30-40 minutes.
I had another very similar one about rope.
