If anything I'd guess your photographer was using a DSLR with a MASSIVE storage card and went for quantity over quality, wasn't looking for *the* shot, and then combed through like hundreds of thumbnails for a few they liked.

Lighting makes your teeth and skin look yellow, crevaces super dark, backlit (you're underexposed), and you're squinting. Body posture increaces rolls and ripples. Would it kill them to throw a green filter on?

Lighting is pretty good, I'd probably use a fill light from the bottom to eliminate some of the shadows under your face. The focus is just a little out (sharpest at your underboob, less clarity in the eyes). Also posturing isn't the best, you're hunched up on the back of your ass which means your back has to take up all the strain touching your head to your knees, I would have suggested sitting a little more flat on your ass, would decrease ripples in the stomach.

Underexposed, lighting makes your skin look yellow, posturing is great, your neck looks just a little hunched, I would have asked you to stick it out just a bit more. The fabric you're wearing has 0 colour variation which creates an awful blob of negative space. Once again focus is a touch out, why would they focus on your left knee and let your face get blurry? Was your photographer using auto focus? Pattern on the rug is in the frame, camera should be a touch closer or picture should be cropped. Green velour looks awesome though, great contrast to your hair and really compliments your eyes, perfect backdrop.

Backlit & underexposed, no colour variation or definition on your lips (probably due to underexposure) - once again skin looks a little yellow. What are those spots on the bedsheets? I like your freckles, not the bedsheet's freckles. Patterns behind you are clashing. Damn, the light in the room makes everything look yellow. Posture could be a little better, if you bent your right elbow a touch your tummy could stretch out a touch. Your eyes are a little squinty. Looks like most of the light is right in your face, they could have reduced the lighting and increased exposure time or opened the appature more.

Backlit. Underexposed. Lighting is a little odd. Very patchy. Very noticeable line coming from the window frame- looks like you were confined to a really small room. Focus is really good for once, too bad your eyes aren't brighter. And if your lipstick shade was a touch darker we may have seen more definition on your lips. I like this one quite a bit though. You're inverted and still look natural. Great pose.

Don't listen to people who aren't putting themselves out there themselves. Agree on the lighting comment and probably show some more of your vagina. You can do that tastefully. You're pretty and womanly. Show him.

Okay in this one, everything's pretty good except for you.
1) Lips turned slightly downward. You don't look like you're enjoying this anymore. You don't look inviting, happy or fun. Just bleh. Like it's a tuesday and you're about to get dressed for work.
2) Lips, again. MSPaint special. Just a red blob on your face.
3) Underexposure, again. Who cares if the background is bright, what matters is that YOU are in good light. Was your "photographer" using automatic exposure, too? Because if so, you need to know. A person with a camera and a photographer are two different things.

Ditch the rug, ditch the pillow, bring the camera a little closer, so the top of your head is as far from the frame as the tip of your toe. And put the focus on your eyes, not your kneecap. Now it's a perfect shot. This one is probably my favourite.

Well, I've sure been reading. Really impressed and can't disagree with the criticism. Sometimes tough love is the best.

Yeah, the lipstick is way too much. I don't wear much day to day, so the makeup girl overdid it. Oh, and I'm just now realizing the decor is bad. Yikes. I might use one or two of these, the rest I'm going to toss.

Borders on the light shining through the window are annoying me again. Your facial posture is really sexy. Are those railings? All the detail in the top of the frame is distracting with all that negative space right below it. If you just ditched everything covering the window you'd have a lot more to play with, but I don't mind the patterns from that doily-looking drape there. Just the borders it throws on you. Like that line right accross your torso. If you could have diffused that with something semi-translucent to fade it like a gradient it would look a lot better. Pretty good shot though.

This is a close-up, a lot like the first shot but with everything fixed. Closer to the pose from the second shot but your head's not on your knee. I really like this one. Focus could be moved back juuuust a touch because your nose and eye area is a little blurry but your armpit is super sharp. A fill light or mirror to bring a little more light in toward your face would have also perfected this shot (along with the focus). Also one of the first shots without horseshit around the edges of the frame. I really like this one.

Nice, an extreme close up. Apperature's REALLY huge, so half your face is blurry. It's a cool effect, I would have probably stopped it down to about half of what it is so your left eye doesn't look so far out of focus. Also, THERE is the definition on your lips that I've been looking for! Those little lines... up this close you can ALMOST see them!
What's the red line under your nose? You got a little pink mustache? Maybe a little lipstick out of place? As a photographer I probably would have cleaned that up a bit.

The borders here aren't so bad because the pattern is casting itself on both sides of the really obvious line across your stomach. Do you see though how the light fades as it goes accross your body, instead of just abruptly stopping? That's nice. More of that. This one looks really nice. Sun's starting to go down. You're just a touch underexposed in this one, your face and body should be a little brighter, the white bedsheet is backlighting you. Your breasts look mint in this shot. Lips have a decent amount of definition, too, but with a little more exposure would look fantastic, and your eyes wouldn't be quite as dark.

I wish I had the opportunity to shoot a model like you, you look fantastic. Consider getting a hotel room to shoot in because they're really free of clutter and ususally a little more on the spacious side, although it'll cost you a little more. Ask to see the room before you rent so you can decide if the colours are right. The colours on the walls will act like fill lights in the room your in, so, there's that.

Model 9/10 would bang
Photographer 6/10 needs vision. Try grabbing a used 35mm SLR and filling a roll of film with ONLY GOOD SHOTS. You'll pick your opportunities a lot better when the media isn't simply disposable/reusable. Good luck!
