I have herpes btw and it's fucked with me for a total of maybe 3 months in the 5 years I've had it, so if it is herpes, you'll probably mostly not even know you have it. Also, it might be the oral herpes that you have down there, which really isn't shit. It's the other herpes that sucks, but like I said, I have it and it's been whatever.

That's herpes and if this is your first outbreak, you're about to have a real bad 2 weeks. Get to the doctor asap so you can get a prescription for valacyclovir. It's a viral suppressant will really help with your initial outbreak. My first outbreak was fucking brutal and lasted 3 weeks. I've only had 2 since then and it's been 3 years now and they were very mild. Welcome to the club.

most STD tests/clinics dont check for herpes unless you specifically ask, since it is a physical observation on the skin/sample of sore, not a urine test. She could have come up "clean" for a few STDs but that doesnt mean she was clean from everything.
That being said, it looks like a pimple. see a doctor if only to get peace of mind but your probably fine dude
