problem with keto diet is once you go back to carbs you get fat again.
its very simple. to gain weight, you eat more calories than you expend. to lose weight you eat less than you expend.
pay attention to what you eat and if you gain or lose weight in a weeks span. if you lose weight, eat same amount. if you stay the same eat a little less. if you gain weight eat a lot less

drink water out of a 2 leter bottle. Just get past 1 and refill drink the 2nd casually. do pushups. at least 100 a day. same with crunches. jogging pulls it all in together unless you bring in a bunch of other workouts. if you want to bulk double the workout above and eat more
