i cant recall being any accident so i though it odd but if they gave my plate number to their insurance company then id be called by their rep.

im worried about this but usually when a rep for near any company eaves a voice mail they open with their name and company then the subject matter.

There is no way to solve this problem, which is why a real insurance adjuster would have provided that information. 90% chance it's a scam. If someone out there really does have a claim that you owe them money, they will be in touch through formal and verifiable sources. Until then, ignore it.
