Hmm both would suit my nocturnal nature. It would suck to be eternally hungry for blood though, just as much as going through horrible pain to change into a wolf.

Lifespan unclear but regeneration and excellent health and strength overall. Vamps - dead, must sleep in grave or soil from the grave. Odor issues. No sex. Only blood diet. Immortal perhaps..but wicked OCD with crossroads and grain spilled. Might do well in far arctic countries during the winter.

Vampire, I have no real use for sunlight as it is, and beside the older you get the stronger you become and the more experienced at survival werewolves are only a danger to the young.
