smile. be cheerful. find joy in the small things.

reorient yourselves. strive to achieve your goals. stick to healthy routines. exercise in the morning. practice social cues in the bathroom mirror. read up on philosophy with a particular focus on how to live. spend a half hour writing in a journal before you fall asleep. repeat.

it's stunning how effective simple routines can be. just spend a month doing the above while thinking about larger questions and imagining your future.

I posted this yesterday, but oh well.
