Now, yesterday, on Valentine's day, a tripfag known as Michael posted in /g/. He posted the same image OP posted, saying, "Happy Valentine's Day, /g/! This is your present, you have to work together to get it." or something like that. It was a puzzle.
Michael was running a company called Grey WIng. Grey Wing is developing a product called Moth. We don't know what Moth is. The reason Michael posted that image was because Grey Wing needed "moderately intelligent people" to test their new product before they start selling it.

It is heavily implied that OP found a way to fill out the form, tested Moth early, and now he's all fucked up in the head. My personal theory is that Moth is some sort of brain chip marketed as a device that turns your brain into a sort of "superbrain," but in reality, all it does is censor your thoughts/brainwash you. OP is trying to warn us.
