Any anons here have any experience with beta blockers? Would you recommend them over typical antidepressants? I'm not eager to cause irriversable damage over some new drug big pharma is pumping out to the masses, but is like to see if some medication could help. Never tried anything.

I'm a nurse and from my experience I have seen Beta Blockers work pretty well for mild anxiety, its a nice alternative to antidepressants for anxiety however its not an option for some people

I use them.

They will lower your physical output, NEVER smoke weed on beta's, it will fuck you up like no tommorow, and dont watch horror movies on them, you will practically be unable to get agitated or scared.

I've used them and they really only helped with the physical symptoms of anxiety. Mentally I was just as nervous
