Tarp i would use for sailing costume and to make water containers with extra wood and strings from plants.
Witamins well i'm not sure how much time sailing will take so i take from island most plants cook them in self made pot because there will be for sure clay etc. i know how make fire or even bricks with clay and make furnice.
first aid could be helpful in stay at this island and sailing.

ps: if i got witamins i can just take everything that human could eat without geting from it witamins.

I'm assuming that the single use items like sunscreen, TP and matches are in limited quantity. I am also assuming that by stranded there is a possibility of being there forever. As such:

Need the first aid in case I get hurt. I would've chosen the tent so bugs could fuck off, but the hammock keeps you off the ground. I'd rather have gnats and mosquitos than a large feline of some sort dragging me out of my tent at night. I thought about the water purifier, but the pot can boil water, as well as be used for stews and soups (which, when living on an island with little supplies, I imagine would be most of your meals). Knife is just an essential. I'd like a handsaw for building a quality shelter, but precision (and therefore asthetic quality) are unimportant when you are using sticks and logs instead of 2x4s, so I think a handcrafted ax (of which I've made multiple) would do me just fine. As for the gun or fishing rod, fuck that. I'll take an infinite supply of handmade spears, bows and arrows (all of which I've crafted on my own for years throughout my childhood) over a finite supply of hooks and bullets any day.
