--> If someone or a group has no power but he/she or they show prejudices, then they are racist, since Racist = prejudice + 0. The same is true when there are no prejudices but power.

racism is natural and based on experiences. It lies within the human nature to categorize in order to cope with the vast amount of things in this world. Racism is only a "problem" when one then goes on says one race would be inferior to another
