To add individual videos they'd need to tag each one and without batching that would take anything between 12 hours (For a team of 7 or more for just the most used sites) anything up to at least 4 weeks (Solo/2 person for same conditions as before) adding filters would be easier as you can just set a dropdown context list with individual states based on selections.
