Hey /b/. A friend of mine once left a bunch of video games and movies at my house. Well, that same "friend" ended up stabbing me in the back and I want to get back at him by selling his shit.
I'm just wondering, how difficult/easy would it be to sell his shit without getting in trouble?
why would you get in trouble?
the only thing that might happen is that he might confront you about his shit, in which case you could say it got sold. the only trouble is if he's gonna kick your ass. theres no legal issues

really you shouldn't ask this on here but I can give you some advice on this sort of thing happened many times to my and my friends (divorce)

Selling his shit would get you in trouble legally... Are you seriously expecting someone on 4chan to just tell you a... Magical loophole to get around getting in trouble for theft??

Yeah probably not the best place to ask but I don't know anywhere else to ask. Can you please shed some light anon?

Get in trouble?
Come back when you are fucking 18.

Can you explain how exactly it could get me in trouble legally? I honestly don't see how because the stuff he left wasn't really documented at all.

Sell? Anon, you can literally fucking break them in front of him.
Or just break him jesus
Unless he killed someone you should just tell him to get his stuff and say why to him.

Wouldn't that be considered destruction of property? I think that would be different than selling it because he would watch me break his shit lol
