I had a similar situation, had to get 3 teeth removed and being an ex drug addict I didn't want to wake up from the surgery and feel way out of it and pretty much just a surgery phobia sort of person, got laughing gas and was gonna back out but I just said fuck it and stayed with it then the chick put the needle in my arm and I was asleep in no time, woke up and I didn't even feel high. Just get it done and over with op, will be a lot better than a painful tooth and the phobia of it is way worse than the actual experience. when you did it you will realize how simple it was and that it is just a mental block trying to get you to not do it
