And I'm being fair when i say 7mg and a bottle per night.

Usually it goes up to 20mg Alprazolam, 200mg Contalin (morphine sulfate) and x amount of alcohol per night. So my fucking neurons must be pretty fucking used to this shit.

Any, i can't stress it enough, i posted here not on reddit, i want to die and i have my reasons, both mentally, psychically & economically my life is going to be a fucking diaster the next decades and i will be forced to do harder manual labor than the average max security prisoner for the rest of my life.

So, without upsetting my little sister via suicide.. how the fuck can i kill myself.

My main method is plugging (rectal), I've IV'd acouple of times but I'm to impatient to shoot myself up but regardless, me using heroin is like a normal person trying to overdoze off from beers.
