Here's how the story goes in chronological order.

>We are introduced to Cookie and her owner, as she cleans out his ash tray ("Cookie 2")
>I guess Cookie gets tired of eating cigarette ashes/butts and never seeing her babbehs, so she acts out. However, things don't work out for her, as her baby is killed as punishment ("Cookie 1")
>Time passes and we see a much fatter Cookie who just sits around and eats all the time. This is apparently because she takes "tummeh babbeh" literally, and thinks that her dead foal that she ate is actually growing in her stomach. The owner puts her on a diet, but she feels she needs to feed her "tummeh babbeh", so she eats the other one (not uploaded)
>Then we have Cookie telling her life story, ending either with her choking or just having a heart attack ("Cookie 3")
