Metroid was alright, but I sold that thing so quick, because I didn't like the entire system.

Nowadays, I don't play any of the new games, because they don't really interest me anymore. The last new game I tried was Battlefield 3. The reason being, is because I see how fast games are churned out (plus false promises) and they are either buggy as hell and the developers could give a shit about fixing them, or they are replaced by the newer model so quickly that it is pointless to spend time getting decent at the game when everyone is just going to leave it faster than you thought.

I'm a 30 year veteran of gaming, started out with a Commodore 64, had the following platforms since: Computers - Commodore Amiga 1200, 486, PII (RivaTNT), PIII (GeForce 256 DDR), Athlon (GeForce 4), Core 2 Duo (GeForce 7800), Core 2 Quad (Radeon 7850) & AMD FX8350 (Radeon R9 280). Plus the following consoles - Sega Master System, Sega Medadrive, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Sony Playstation 1,2,3 & 4, Microsoft Xbox & Xbox 360 Elite (also a SNES, but that was only bought because it was too cheap not to get, also bought a load of top games for next to nothing and sold the lot last year for a massive profit!). Needless to say I have played a few titles in my time but the only truly "god tier" game I have played is Grand Theft Auto 5, everything else pales into comparison and most old games are better kept as memories, most disappoint in the harsh light of today IMO.
