I fucking felt like a piece of me died when I found out that they rebuilt the on I played on when I was younger. Now it's all plastic, and they removed the tire swing.

The only time I've ever been knocked out cold was when I was 5. I remember my older brother swinging on the tire swing, and as I was walking by, the last thing I remember was turning and seeing this giant tire coming straight for my head. My Catholic school ended up banning them from our library because some kid said he saw the devil at night after reading one of the books. Naturally we all read them cause curiosity. I would have preferred seeing the devil because I could never unsee the illustrations. Took me weeks before I could sleep normally after reading these books and started to hallucinate after a while from lack of sleep.
