Very awesome. How's the touch on it? Feels good? Keys have good weight?
>getting a piano
Envious.
So, this an a/fur thread?
>>721276712
Yup, it even has it weighted properly so lower keys require a bit more pressure. Though like my old one I have to set the touch response to the lowest because my fingers have gotten weak apparently. They were really serious about the simulated ebony and ivory feel. They're kinda slippery so hopefully they'll wear in? It even has things I didn't know were useful like a little headphone hook.

It's a fur thread.

Link was posted in s/fur, so I assume it's s/fur.

Oh god that sounds amazing. Yes, the keys will be slippery until they get tarnished by a little bit of finger oil. But very nice. Don't set the touch response too low, gotta build up that strength.
>>721277124
Oh good, glad that's a regular thing. Ya, that's kinda my thinking too. I mean, I needed an upgrade from crummy usb keyboards for a reason. Maybe I'll grab one of those grip strengtheners that I normally see no purpose for haha.

Alternatively, you can play with the default touch settings and just work up the strength through sheer force of will. It sucks, but damn is it efficient.
When did pianos need strong hands? I haven't found them difficult to play. I usually play too loudly, actually.

Hey Mighty.
>>721277503
A lot of it is the dexterity coupled with having to press keys at odd angles. I know I have some trouble when I take a long break because I have small hands.

>I usually play too loudly, actually.
that's why. proper dynamic control.
>>721277393
Yup. I have a feeling I'll be using it as a distraction a lot so hopefully it'll be quick. I'm really happy with it though!
