You could argue it's what 'good' and 'bad' people do by some moral standard, but this has absolutely nothing to do with success.
I know people who are tremendously succesful but can be fucking vicious. They put the blame on you in the blink of an eye if it makes themselves look better. They don't share information with rivals and hold grudges if they ever think you've crossed them.
In certain fields, it's generally seen as a plus if you're a competitive asshole as long as you're effective.

It's almost as if the infographic was made by someone who hopes to become a co-founder with some cluesless idiot who does all the work.
The co-founder just pockets fucking 50% and isn't even mentioned in any step before or after on the infographic.
Jesus christ, why would you burn clothes after a b&e? Murderers and rapists should do this because of bodily fluids, but a) no CSI team is being called for $500 in stolen electronics and 2) walking through a house isn't going to leave useful trace evidence on a fucking t-shirt in the first place.
