Seriously, I've consumed chicken prepared by blacks before. I may as well have been eating a solid chunk of the spice they put on it. Whites understand how to appreciate subtle flavor more and how the proper proportioning of spice can engage this flavor. It is also healthier and classier to be able to do this.
