Drumpftards explain this
>>
>>720332942

Illegal immigration is at a 40 year low. Obama has deported more illegals than any president. Most illegal immigrants travel by plane.

Donald Trump hates spending money efficiently.
>>
>>720332942
coast gaurd

but either way. a 20 foot wall will only create a market for 21 foot ladders

the plan is dumb
>>
>>720332942
That's called a "choke-point." It'll make it easier to catch them.
>>
>>720333029
Illegal immigration is at a 90 year high. Obama has imported more illigals than any president. Most illegal immigrants travel by submarine.
>>
>>720332942
I'm not american so i'm not very well informed about this but there is already some kind of fences and wall at the border. How is trump's wall any more efficient ?
>>
>>720333135
i want a sandwhich now

with veggies harvested by illegal immigrants. on a sub just like they used to get over here.

Why would you want to catch them in the first place? They don't steal your jobs because they don't have documents, and they get a better quality of life than what they can make in the shithole that is Mexico today.
>>
>>720333176
its not, its a huge waste of taxpayer money.

I'm not sure how it works in the US, but illegals tends to be hired instead of legal worker in field where unqualified workforce is needed, to drag down the cost.

most 'illegals' fly into the US btw.

For mediocre pay. Trump himself is guilty of hiring illegal immigrants. He's a hypocrite on top of everything else wrong with him. Everyone else who was born here has a better chance at a much better pay starting from "zero" than an undocumented immigrant ever will with such a status.
>>
>>720333627
fuck off
>>
>>720333358
They hire them because they don't have to pay taxes, insurance, social security or any of that for workers who don't exist.
A legal guy making $15 an hour really costs the company like $25 an hour.
Illegal guy can make the same and only costs straight up $15 an hour.
The illegal guy keeps his whole paycheck too, then he has anchor babies who qualify for government assistance, so the wife takes the kids down to the welfare office and says her husband makes $3 an hour picking tomatoes.
In areas where illegal workers have become the norm, companies who don't want to hire them are forced to anyway because they can't compete doing things legally.
So you get fucked for being a law abiding citizen just so the politicians can lure in voters to keep themselves in power.
>>
>>720333029
>Most illegal immigrants travel by plane
only 48%
not even close to most... Just like Hillary was "Most" likely to win election right?? GTFO
>>
>>720333769
sure, but when you end up doing the shitty job that illegals can do, you have a way worse pay than if there wasn't any illegals ?

So since the pay is so shitty ( because of illegals) it prevent american people from wanting to do these jobs, so american corporation use even more illegals, lowering the wage of unqualified worker etc...

The presence of undocumented immigrants doesn't affect your pay at all. If they get mauled by some machinery in an accident, no one gives a shit. The jobs are there, and they're there for Americans too, regardless of the presence of these people. There are more job openings of that sort than there are people who work them, if you look carefully in newspapers among job-searching sources. These people are just trying to make a better living than they make over there. Here's a fact: minimum wage in any state here hourly is over 10x what they get down there in a day only in value, and it gets even worse when comparing the currency to its own ability to provide its people services in their nation. Mexico is a real shithole for most. Unlike you who get announcements of jobs in newspapers, over there you would see the classified section being scarce or full of scams, not to mention the job pay can't pay for even 1/5 of the cost of living. Kicking them out is only inhumane, and their attempt at the American dream isn't affecting you in any way.
Another thing worth noting is that many people become illegal immigrants by not going back after their visas expire, but guess what nation's immigrants get all the hate for something immigrants from all over the world actually do. As if a stupid wall will block anything. 2017, the beginning of the braindead's term.

>>
>>720334567
You don't adress my point that the presence of illegals lower the wages, making these jobs unfit to be done by someone who doesn't accept living in such shitty condition.

Without illegals, the pay would be higher, and american will do the jobs

>>
>>720334700
The pay wouldn't be higher at all, but suppose it was. Most jobs out there require some form of documentation for the whole thing to work. From getting a bank account, to getting some form of background check done on you before you're even hired. Your point is not a point at all.
>>
>>720334567
>The presence of undocumented immigrants doesn't affect your pay at all.

Supply and demand applies to the labour market and your wishful thinking won't change that.

According to what factor? of course he has, if you consider his 8 years was the period that had more illegal immigrants to the USA ever.

Thats like dropping a virus in the usa, then releasing the cure and say, Obama cured the most people ever!
>>
>>720334823
Supply and demand affect the labor market, but that's not the way it is affected. All Americans without exception can get better jobs than undocumented immigrants. Jobs that pay more, and jobs that have benefits. Supply and demand affect the job market, but it is not an effect which is felt because of how many job openings exist for Americans already. Maybe it's not abundant in professions, but it is abundant in jobs that already pay higher than minimum wage to begin with. Supply and demand will begin getting felt if these jobs where documentation is required disappeared all of a sudden, which is clearly not the case.
>>
>>720334758

Non murican here.

If the border is so big that its prohibitively expensive to build a wall then how are they gonna maintain this wall? Can't the Mexicans just try to chip through the wall? I read a month or so ago that Trump was gonna downgrade the wall to a fence - if this is the case then isn't it even easier to just cut the fence open?

Also, whats stopping them from building tunnels? Don't they already have elaborate tunnels that go across your border for smuggling drugs?

>Most illegal immigrants travel by plane
How does this work? Don't the illegals need visas to enter the country? Or is it that once they enter then they don't leave?
>>
>>720334957
The biggest spike as in 2005, which is Bush Jr. But you know, alternative facts.
>>
>>720335162
The trade war will fuck up Mexico much more than the US though. Mexico is a country that makes a lot of its GDP through the sale of crude oil, and the main buyer is the US. That sort of thing will actually make illegal migration increase. Families that were once well-off there will no longer have jobs that pay their cost of living, so they will look at the US as its only source. Why can't people see this?
>>
>>720335251
The wall isn't a debt reduction. It's an idea that doesn't do shit. A waste of taxpayers' money.

The proposal also calls for about 5,000 more border patrol agents to be budgeted for. That along with cooperation with LE from border town will be more than enough to manage the ground.

I mean a lot of patrol work is just agents flying in biplanes at night with thermal cams and reporting illegals to ground patrols.
>>

>>
>>720335591
You would be right if visas, planes, and ships didn't exist. Illegal immigration will increase if the US and Mexico go into a trade war, but the wall by itself won't make any changes.
Mexico won't be able to clean itself as long as its politicians only look out for themselves. If anything, cartels bring Mexico money with their sales more than the jobs generated there, since politicians only look out after themselves and not after their people. The problem also has external sources at fault. For instance, the US stealing some of the crude oil from under the gulf.
>>

The only way they can start to be competitive is if they automate out all the manual labor jobs but then you're back where you started - there's no unskilled labor jobs and the service industry is the only place to turn to.

That's not completely right. Cartels create jobs there. Taking out a head only means the next one down takes over. Much like a gang, but on steroids. You know, the politicians who only look after their own interests have been up there or changed for the same breed since 1936, after president Lazaro Cardenas del Rio ended his term. He was the last good president Mexico has had. The rest have marked an era of corruption, long before cartels were ever threatening the way they are today. You are somewhat right about the threats, but those happen only to the politicians who purposely try to go against cartels. The majority of them is made up by people who only look after their own interests while not giving a shit about their people.

>>
>>720332942

>>

okay m8 go back to the whole you came from cause clearly you know jack fucking shit about how they do shit.

many of them actually do pay into social security and all the other fucking taxes that are taken out when one gets their paycheck. Without any of them being able to receive any of the benefits due to being illegal.

Oh and they cost the same since the company cant make it to obvious that they have illegal workers due to getting in legal shit if they do.

many of them get fake papers to work so through that they have to pay for like social security since they need a number to work. The company that hire them don't check them well though since they don't give a fuck and are given the benefit of the doubt since gay lame legal shit.

The only actual tax that illegals dont pay is Income tax since even if they could they would more than likely get a refund anyway so its stupid to want them to get involved something that would end up just giving them money.

Illegals do greatly support local economies since they pay sales tax and the such that helps the local governments fund the shit they do.

Like fuck you dumb nigger as fags who pretend to know anything on anything that just conveniently lines up exactly well to the way you want shit to be to be able to complaing about it falsely like a dumb fag.

Read many comments, it looks like people from US who voted for Trump are really into the idea and see it has a positive and big change, sadly on the news not much are talking about the good sides of it. It looks like solution that is too big for a "big" problem. Pretty sure Illegal immigration isn't that bad for the economy, I'd like real info and not trump lovers vs trump haters.
>>
>>720339873
They'll just jump ship. "Jews aren't even that bad, fuck Muslims tho"
>>
>>720333945
Illegal immigrant here, things get taken when the paycheck arrives.
>>
>>720339882
>Pipeline starts in ND & heads in Illinois

Yeah, Alberta man.
>>
>>720333945
It would be cheaper to audit and penalise companies than spend billions on a wall
>>
>>720340031
Keystone XL connects alberta to Texas
>>
>>720339189

Why are you associating the fact they have other interests and assets with being good?
>>
>>720333945
This only happens in fields with unskilled labor though, so stay cucked loser
>>
>>720339936
Almost all big media outlets are corrupt. I mean the debate moderators literally talked shit and singled out Trump, gave debate questions to Hilary in advance.

>Soooooo fucking funny that Trump refused to answer question from CNN's WH correspondent and told him to shut up and hes fake news
>>
>>720339785
>kind of... companies had preexisting plans to move some plants back.but his campaign on america first probably effect a few companies policy.
>those pipelines are owned by leafs and will only bring a 100 or repair jobs that will stay. also oil fucking everywhere and all the bad press that he get over the injuin thing. also he owns stock in those companies so he is definitely getting a piece of the action.
>meeting with heads of big companies is pretty regular for all POTUS's Dems and Reps. so i'll give him credit for that when it happens.
>>
>>720337514
This. Is correct
>>
>>720334056
Majority in the loose term for largest group
>>
>>720340162
Nice alternative facts
>>
>>720340097
So a pipeline that Trump said would be built with AMERICAN pipes and AMERICAN labor, and makes 90% of its run through AMERICAN states will only benefit Alberta? lmao
>>
>>720340162
>talked shit? you mean try to get him to answer for his lies and other bullshit.

Problem is that half the people with real info *are* trump haters, and the trump lovers will automatically shit on any discussion anyway. You're talking about people who implicitly trust "alternative fact" retardation. Because they're, y'know, retards.
>>
>>720334539
Theirs also the nearly half that come in legally and overstay on thier visa's. They probably came in by air as well
>>
>>720340167
>also he owns stock in those companies so he is definitely getting a piece of the action.
So do I :) TRP has gone up like $2 since the announcement

Isn't that conflict of interest for the POTUS though?

The navy will scupper their ships or arrest them. Dumass
plus how many mexicans can afford a seaworthy boat and supplies for travel.
>>
>>720340217
>AMERICAN pipes
Keystone XL pipes were manufactured in Canada m8. Keep believing your God emperor Trump though
>>
>>720340261
yes, yes it is. a pretty fucking big one.

sea mines fgt
>>
>>720337514
also their whole argument against them is
>they don't speak the language
>they don't have any skills or education
and their taking our jobs. what kind of fucking loser loses his job to an illiterate who can't speak english.
>>
>>720340217
>90% of its run through AMERICAN states will only benefit Alberta? l
I don't think you understand what pipelines do. They get petroleum products to gulf coast which opens up Canadian oil to the international market thus making the price of Canadian oil better reflect global prices.
The key benefactor is Alberta. It's not like fucking Nebraska gets a pay cheque from the pipeline company every month.
>>
>>720340118
Because all businesses have a thing called SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, that's why you fuckwit.

I don't care if all you wanted to state was that Cartels have "diverse interests" other than drugs. Those other jobs they create through drug money are not sustainable.
>>
>>720340476
Trumpanzees
>>
>>720340261

Immense.

I'm more pissed with everyone else allowing this than with him.
>>
>>720334567
It does affect your pay.
While you're going to pay the same amount of taxes regardless, it does affect you ability to get work.
Since illegals take up the manual labor jobs because it is cheaper for that employer to pay them illegally (cash, no taxes being withheld, not paying into workers comp insurance or Medicare/SS, etc.), that creates less available work positions for citizens in that work tier.
Since there is now less positions at the lowest tiers of work, that forces those with the initiative to get training/certification/education and seek other fields, thus increasing the competition pool for your chosen field as well as others.
Couple that with the various PC/ACLU policies, if you're a white male, you're less likely to get a poisition if a woman or "minority" applies for the same spot even if they are less qualified.
While it may not affect your pay, it does affect your ability to get paid.
>>
This is like when people complain about a higher minimum wage and get it and then mcdonalds come out with robotic cashiers. Do you really think apple picking will ever be a sustainable job for someone living in america? Farmers cannot afford to pay legal wages for such an unprofitable product.
Fact is America has been taking advantage of its poor southern neighbor to pay subsistence level cash for cheap labor. The pay for such jobs will not be able to exceed cost of living in the usa. This is something the Republicans know and trump is too fucking blind to realize he's going to fuck over a pretty good systwm. A system he's taken advantage of in the past.
>>
>>720340189
Yup, just like the fact that CNN 'leaked' the story that Trump was compromised by Russian officials to buzzfeed while NONE OF IT WAS VERIFIABLE

>They literally did it for ratings
>>
>>720340510

Do they?

I mean, are drugs out of vogue now, how is it not sustainable? They make money, the governments efforts to stop them are insincere at best. It's not like they offer dental I imagine, so it's not all roses.
>>
>>720340243
So CNN can leak unverifiable stories about our commander in chief to make his public perception negative? Are you okay with big media doing that with no repercussions?
>>
>>720340600
sorry bubs this an capitalist country y'all better get used to a service based economy acquire some skills to make you competitive in the market place or get BTFO.
>>
>>720334734

That just means they can be bribed. See Great Wall of China for reference.
>>
>>720340668
are you telling me for profit news channels do shit for... for profit? get the fuck out of here? what next your gonna tell me public officials can be corrupted?
>>
>>720332942
Fuck of Pablo
>>
>>720340254
Go ahead, tell me how Donald Trump has ruined your America snowflake.

>I'll listen :^)
>>
>>720340739
CNN informed people that Trump and Obama were given a briefing about national security in regards to Russia. never talked about the pee pee stuff only talked about the fact that their was a security briefing.
Buzzfeed did fuck up by posting all that shit thought even CNN admitted that. but what do you expect from fucking a click bait website.
>>
>>720340476
You and Pablo go to apply at the only work you're qualified to do - shoveling shit.
You speak English (marginally), have a public education, and have somewhat reliable transportation when your mom isn't at the bingo hall or casino gambling and whoring around.
Pablo speaks somewhat passable English, no real education to speak of, and a donkey to get to work on.
You as an American citizen have to be paid $7.25 an hour because of federal minimum wage laws. If you're in some states, it's higher yet. He also has paperwork he has to do weekly for your paycheck, and more paperwork at the end of the year to send out to the IRS and the state tax commission.
Pablo is an illegal. Employer can get away with paying him $3.75 an hour, cash, and doesn't have any paperwork to fill out weekly and nothing to send to the IRS and state tax commission at the end of the year.
Which one is a employer going to take if he can get away with it?
You just lost your job to a non English speaking worker.
>>
>>720340367
Go watch him sign the executive order for the XL pipeline. He explicitly states that the pipes will be made in America and put in the ground with American labor
>>
>>720340740
Even if you acquire the "skills" - if you're a white male, you'll still lose out because of political correctness and diversity laws.
>>
>>720340506
We benefit from the BUILDING of the pipeline, that is what trump wants. JOBS
>>
>>720340686
Yes, they do.

And yes, you are right the government efforts to stop them are insincere, that is because the Mexican government is completely corrupt. And it is not sustainable with the wall President Trump will be building.
>>
>>720340930
so? this a capitalist country. good for employer being a smart business man.
you unions are useful in situations like this too bad Reagan fucking raped them to shit in the 80's cause a bunch of useless air traffic controllers (who needs those?) wanted to be paid over time
>>
>>720341111
you know unions* excuse me the hour is late.
>>
>>720340805
I don't know if you are okay with CNN spewing lies to the American people, but I'm not.

>that shit influences our legislature dude
