Also C.H BlueMoon is the best, to bad it's only seasonal.
>Who read one book
I'm sorry, but i can't stop laughing.
From Newcastle upon Tyne, UK
Any love for sour beers, saisons or geuzes?
How about barley wines?
Not going to lie, i thought the same shit.. my sister was drinking it and i was like, wtf is that? and she's like ohh it's cinnamon beer... i'm like that's fucking gross, but she forced me to try it... and my god... it's been my number 1 beer since... if you ever have the chance you MUST try it.
From Wolverhampton, UK. So bitter it will clean your teeth
This shit tastes like peach yogurt.
Belgian style ales are in my opinion superior.
Ridgeway's Imperial Barley Wine was also complete godtier.
>still haven't gotten a hold of Westvleteren XII
Generally a dunkel guy but this is just too good
I have that glass!
I also have 2 westvleteren 12 glasses and one unopened bottle of it.
>jelly as fuck
Damn son. I was going to take a trip to Belgium and get a bunch of crates of various trappist beers, but my dad's wife stole a bunch of money from him and we couldn't do it. In a few years I might go.
>Calls you a child
>Get's bad about Cinnamon
Are you even trying anon?
If you ever go around visiting Amsterdam, definitely look for bar "Gollem" which there is now probably 4 or 5, but one in Raamsteeg is the best one imo. Look for also a shop called Bierköning if I remember the name right, it has a great selection of beers. I got all those from Estonia, since
I'm a filthy Finnfag who goes there occasionally for the alcohol.
I haven't ever been in Belgium aside from a few short trips to Antwerpen and one small city I can't remember the name of.
I hope that you'll get there with your dad, I share my passion with mine and we like to call it a pilgrimage when we go to Gollem I mentioned.
You can't compare German and Belgian beers though, since they're completely different.
I for one have been swept by Italian brewery called Birrificio Del Ducato and love their products, but definitely wouldn't compare them to German or Belgian beers.
I'm definitely visiting Amsterdam sometime in the next years. As a goregrind musician, and seeing it's the goregrind capitol of the world, I'm working on setting up tours. Also weed, lol.
Saving the names for future reference!
Massive belgian fag here, already posted some belgos, but I like some other stuff too. Even americans can do great beer.
Also, Red Seal probably has the most beautiful sticker, the colours are just amazing.
I feel like all of the Gollems are worth visiting and can definitely recommend them all, there's also one in Belgium, probably in Antwerpen. The beer shop is definitely worth visiting. I hope you'll have great time, man!
I had to spend a week in Crawley (just outside Gatwick airport). I punished a shit ton of that - loved it. About a year later I was in a dive bar in Houston and they had it... perfect.
Agreed. I can't speak for the triple, which I hope is more full anyways, but the blonde feels so light and still has great taste and complexity. It's not overly bloating like most, still amazing, trappist madman beers, lol.
Limited run for their 21st anniversary. Was lucky enough to get my hands on two bottles.
Ya'll haven't tried beer until you've tried Grimbergen
>Gouden Carolus Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw
still belgofag reporting in
Just managed to get some of this
Agreed. My brother got me the brew master's edition for Christmas, it's outstanding
hands down the smoothest brew at 10% abv shit goes down like water. The spice compliments it perfectly and iis year round available.
>>719877426 grat choice here
and Barley wines : definitely
I wish I could find a Thomas Hardy where I live. Wouldn't it be stupid to get it shipped from abroad ? Damn, it's only beer.
e i zmajsko da, jebeno zmajsko
an honest bottle of beer doesn´t require a cardboard box around it.
i wouldn´t trust this stuff.
it´s trying to look like some kind of premium product.
give me one of those, ice cold on a hot summer night.
Beer is glorified cola for pussies that can't handle their liquor and aren't able to taste the complex flavor profiles of high proof alcohol.
Right now its this, 5.00 dollars at my grocery store has 7.7 alch and beats paps and rolling rock guess when the sale ends ill go back to rolling rock.
no, you fuck off back to 9gag, where your kind belong, this is our board.
I've had this, it was pretty good!
if you've not had this on tap you're missing out
Definitely my favourite.
Abt 12 is epic.
So many though I like stouts and porters.
Storm King for everyday beer.
Stone Xocoveza is the best seasonal I have ever had.
You'd love Faro. Can't believe nobody came up with it yet.
"Upstate" Ny'er here, yuengling is one of my go tos.
Pic Related more often then not. I know that green bottles aren't great for the beer, but damn did they look better then the current bottles.
is it bait ? I have no idea at all, never tasted this. But 25 years ago, when I used to read this american magazine called Mad, there was Michelob light in every comics or so. I concluded it must be some popular crap.
try this beer, fromCRO :D Bolja od Karlovackog :P
The taste of Bleach is smooth, it doesn't get any better then this shit...
Had a hard day at work? looking to unwind?
Bleach will do the trick.
