This is a big problem with kids and most the time you can get it off with hot water with a little butter or oil in it. This lubes the skin and expands the metal just a little bit. Not enough to warp it but enough to give you a little more wiggle room to get out of it.

If that doesn't work then you need to seek immediate medical attention or risk losing the digit. From what I can see the skin is being constricted enough that the top of your thumb has become red due to loss of circulation.

If you don't get it off you could start to feel a tingling in the digit, possible numbness and in the worst case loss of all feeling in the digit.

Very bad decision OP never force a piece of jewelry onto yourself no matter where it may be. Even small amounts of loss of circulation can result in embolisms and blood clots as the flow is being constricted.
