A dab is a general term. You have wax, oil, shatter, crumble, full melt, and probably others I can't think of. Each one is a little bit different. They are all different forms of concentrate.

Looks good to me OP. I think you did ok. You got any scales? I agree with anons that said it looks like a couple of grams, but would be better to know. If you plan on scoring regularly, it's worth investing in a cheap digital scale.

it is, only my second grow and I over watered the fuck out of one of the plants so I lost nearly two weeks of good growth going into the 7th week.

I was in the middle of buying and moving into a house when I started vegging these so I way over did it.

The clones I pulled are staying in 3 gal smart pots instead of 7 like the others. and I have 8 feet of headroom so I think I might just mainline in stead of worrying about lst and going for max colas. I topped the 8 clones I have coming up in veg now to have 5 nodes per plant, so I'll save myself 2-3 weeks of veg instead of the two large plants and have more control over the coco/salt content with the smaller pots.

Your grow looks great though.

but you can pull smaller nodes that you clip lower on the plant and plant/aeroponic them, those turn into plants on their own. They are clippings, that become clones.

I live in a medical state, most dispensaries have clones for 15-20, so there are plenty of options, and theres usually not someone too far who also grow who would be glad to pull you a clone from their stuff

Dabbing is refined 'knife hits' if that is more familiar. You're heating up glass/quartz with a torch and wiping some cannabis concentrate on the hot surface and inhaling the smoke.

As far as concentrates, they generally just differ on concentration and taste. Shatter is usually more concentrated than wax but it has less of the terpenes that provide different flavors. Terpenes are the chemicals in cannabis that make it taste piney, or like citrus, or chocolate or blueberry, etc...

I can't really tell if that's a dub based off of the big bag, but the quality of the weed itself looks pretty decent. $20 worth really depends where you're located. But I do think that's how much it would get you here in NY

Theoretically you can regenerate a plant and get a second harvest - there was an article about it in High Times within the last few months - but I start again either with bought seeds or clones. Either way I veg them in a tent under a CFL bulb so by the time I harvest the main room the babies are big enough to go under the screen. Couple more weeks of veg, then it's back into flower.

I've got a 600w and a 400w currently that pull around 820w at the wall, I was thinking of using a little of the donations from the flower to get a cmh which should be less than half the wattage for the same amount of space.

If I hadn't fucked up the waters on the one plant I think I'd be looking at around 3.5-4 each but seems like 1-2 from the one, and 4 from the other. They seem to be done growing or filling in, but are just growing around in diameter now. Pretty cool to watch.

its weed my dude, it takes a fair bit of effort to fuck it up. But I would go with an older strain, that is auto flower to start, you dont have to worry about light leaks or anything like that, you just put it in something like foxfarm ocean soil, and water it when the soil looks like it needs some water. A 250w hps light should be adequate for 1 or two smaller plants.
