I honestly don't get it. I really don't want to make it a "generational" thing but I can honestly say I've never had a 35-40+ year old employee that has acted the same way unless they were legitimately off their rocker.

It's something in the past 5 years where new hires think they can just wander in a half hour late or just leave early EVERY SINGLE DAY. Like, I get Friday, there's some lee-way and a lot of people cut out 45min-1hr early on Friday, but it's like you give them an inch and they want to take a mile. Not to mention that ALL BUT 2 female hires in the past 8-10 months has done something absurd on it's face to get fired (not showing up for work, not doing their work, signing OTHER PEOPLES NAMES to legal documents) and then when they inevitably get shit-canned they immediately head to HR and make it out to be some sexual-harassment thing. For fuck's sake I spend more time telling these retards how their wardrobe is inappropriate for the workplace than they spend doing actual work. How hard is it to follow simple fucking rules?
