Theme park world design that felt empty and undeveloped once you stopped allowing the gimmicky meme locations to distract you from it, and throwaway writing for the most part. It was good for mindless exploring and killing shit, and the atmosphere was cool at first (eventually just made the whole world feel repetitive though), but I like NV more overall.
