When I fell in love with someone a long time ago I started having extreme panic attacks, heavy breathing, hyperventilating, or lack of breathing, getting extremely mad, yelling at walls, fetal position crying. And laughing as well, but despite all of that, I always felt terrorized. Although all this fear can go away in a matter of seconds and appear again depending on who I act like, and who I am.

the human psych is a very complex thing. for one to look inside oneself, is to gaze into the endless and dark abyss, stare long enough and you'll see anything.
that is why it's crucial for us to have some perception of ourselves that is not ours.
ask someone really close to you, eg. family or SO, if they agree with your self diagnosis.
that way you'll be sure if you're really ill,or just edgy.
