the character is cute and bright, no complaints there. you need to work on your typography skills though.
The writing on the left is hard to read because its on a shitty angle and the light blue on white is near impossible to read without squinting. Also its too obvious tht you just wrote that with a pn tool. If you actually DREW your words like a character instead of just writing it, it would look much bettoer.
On the right hand side I cant tell if that's supposed to say Kinxy, Kin X Y, or Kiny X.

these all seem to have far too many colours (and strong colours at that) that confuse the eyes, the composition also confuses (probably because it's only characters) but the characters aren't too bad themselves. Still this looks like the work of a 15 year old so if you are that young just keep drawing and if you're over 20 you need to find a better way to draw/paint.

You want to improve? Don't use a computer until you learn. Get a set of decent pencils. Get decent paper. Draw still life. Start at the basics. Work in black and white for a year or two. Then learn color. Then learn painting. Learn light. Do it right. It takes years, and even then you most likely aren't going to get anything other than spiritual value out of it. But then, you want it now, right? You want to be a freaking rockstar right?

Your art isn't bad, but it is unrefined. I suggest taking a couple of traditional drawing classes, preferably for animators due to your style, which is fine despite what the others are saying. It just needs the right proportioning balance, which is important in any style and as most good animators will tell you the bases for good art is that it looks believable, not realistic but like what its meant to be representing. Take some time practising getting your proportions relative to each other and continue to develop more interesting posing and you'll be on the right track.

And again I heavily recommend professional classes to get help working out the kinxs of your self taught style.

Homework: Find real life pictures of interesting poses and recreate them in your style.
