I just took a photo with my phone OP to show you the sides of my face. I'm a fatass dude and had acne on my face resembling yours while I was in highschool and in my early 20s.

Still you can find a girl but it will be hard. I found a few women and had some relationships but I will not lie. Woman notice it BIG TIME. I had one woman who I dated for 11 months refuse to kiss me or even touch my cheeks.

I will say things that kept my acne from flairing up to horrid levels when I was younger Was.

1. Changing my bed sheets every week
2. Drinking a gallon of water a day
3. Showering once in the morning and again at night
4. Going out in the summer and getting a natural tan (This is just me personally since I am some mongrel worked for me to fade it down during those months but for lighter skinned folked it burned it up and got them red faced).

Also OP some people here are recommending Accutane or the offbrand version. I took the stuff for 3 months and it killed my libido. I had most of my little pimpled go away and it was a bit of a confidence booster but since I am already depressed it only amplified those effects while giving me a hard time on popping wood.

In general improve your hygiene, I can tell by the picture that your hair is completely fucked which means you dont shower very often

I'm pretty sure you can start by being a kind person. If you already are, next thing is going to a dermatologist. When I went to one, I let the doctor take care of my problem through a series of steps: first she vapored my face, then she applied multiple layers of cream on my face, each through a different kind of massage, and then the bitch squeezed all of my zits and injected something on the worst ones. When she was done, I felt great.

The treatment was easy to follow but it did required me to be consistent. I had to go get that zit-squeezing session each week, and I would use some pills and topic treatment to help me recover. I was already seeing results the first day but in three months I was almost cured. I kept the treatment, though, because this shit's genetic and won't go away.

No accutane was involved in the process. But there was a time I felt I didn't need treatment anymore because I had it controlled. Left my face without treatment and things just exploded and got terrible. It was a really bad idea. Then since I was in another city, some doctor gave me accutane and that got rid of the acne again. Ten days, one pill each day, helped me recover and I had no acne and didn't use no treatment for 6 months or so.

There are different treatments, man. Just follow one and you'll be fine.

Eat clean. Af. Like others said, cut dairy out. Exercise will also help. Even just an hour a day 3-5 times a week will be good. If you can do more, do it. Make it a point to drink a gallon or more of water a day. You should try to avoid playing video games as much. It puts stress on the body leading to high levels of cortisol and those high levels of cortisol will make it worse. I've found a lot of success using aloe Vera on my face along with about half a dime size drop of vitamin e oil. I mix the two together and put in on my face after a shower before I go to bed. I also take a vitamin e pill along with the probiotic that Exposed sells. You may be able to find a better probiotic but I noticed when I didn't use theirs and exclusively used vitamin e, my skin started getting pissed off again. The combination of all that I've listed here has helped me a lot. I'm still getting rid of the scars but if I was realistic about it, I'm down to about one problem pimple on my face every other week if not more spread out which is way way way more manageable. I haven't had any issues pulling women even with the scars I do have but I also lift all the time so the body helps.

buy 7 new clean towels. Each night wrap a new one around your pillow to sleep. The next night change the towel. Don't use the towels again until they are washed.

First solve the acne problem, that shit is gross. No you don't need a fucking dermatologist... Start by washing all your bed linens every weekend, add a cap full of bleach to each hot water wash. Buy several pillow cases and start rotating these, always sleep on a fresh pillow case every night. Bath towels should we washed in hot water with a cap full of bleach. Use each bath towel once only then rewash. If you are using any type of shower scrubber, a sponge or brush for example - stop. Buy little wash cloths only for the shower and test them the same as towels, use once then wash in hot water with bleach. During the day, stop touching your face. If you must touch your face, go to the restroom and wash your hands and your face properly. Start carrying a little bottle of rubbing alcohol in your car or backpack for those times when you need to sanitize your hands without water.
