I feel this. I was literally in the same situation. But I took the route where I don't kill a bunch of people. Started lifting and socialising more. I also deleted my Facebook cause that wasn't any help. Now I still don't have a gf (ego problems, money problems, time etc) but I've had sex a few times now and all of them have been great.
